Our Lawn Fertilizer and Weed Control Services
- Early spring: An early spring lawn fertilizer service includes the application of a pre-emergent, which prevents unsightly weeds like crabgrass from growing and damaging your beautiful lawn.
- Late spring: A broadleaf herbicide to prevent the growth of weeds such as dandelions, clover, and thistles without harming the grass.
- Summer: Our slow-release granular fertilizer will maintain color and strength through the summer, along with spot weed treatments. We also offer insecticides, herbicides, and a spray for fleas, ticks, and mosquitos.
- Early fall: A granular, weed-and-feed fertilizer that will prevent weed seeds from taking hold, which will help both at the end of the growing season and the following spring.
- Late fall: A granular, slow-release nitrogen fertilizer that will ensure your lawn has the strength to make it through the winter. We’ll apply a blanket spray of broadleaf weed control, and we offer fertilizer for landscaping plants and trees as well.
Lawn Aeration
Over time, lawns that have not been aerated become compacted, making it harder for water and important nutrients to nourish the grassroots. Our team can evaluate the condition of your lawn, determine how compacted the soil is, and recommend the best type of aeration to promote maximum growth and lawn health.
Pest Control
We offer insecticide and fungicide treatments for our clients, including both grub treatment and preventative services. Christian Brothers has a three-round spray treatment for fleas, ticks, and mosquitos that will keep your property safe and enjoyable throughout the season.
Thatching
During the spring, we offer power thatching or raking of all turf areas to loosen dead thatch or compacted debris. Our team will then vacuum the thatch and haul it off-site.
